The 2012 Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru Les Nogers goes from strength to strength, unfurling in the glass with scents of preserved lemon, walnut oil, dried white flowers, iodine and toasted bread. Full-bodied, vinous and textural, with an enveloping core of fruit, superb concentration and bright girdling acids, this is a brilliant Champagne that meets the high expectations I formed of it several years ago. - WA

The 2012 Extra Brut Les Nogers Premier Cru Blanc de Blancs, 100% old-vine Chardonnay from Cuis, is fabulous. The radiance of the vintage and the natural richness these 55 year-old vines confer yields a super-expressive, structured Champagne full of personality and character. Dense and voluptuous on the palate, yet also nuanced, the 2012 has a lot to offer. In this tasting, it is superb. Tropical overtones, chamomile and honey add closing shades of complexity to this deep, vertical Champagne. Disgorged: March, 2018. - VM
